For supplementation: put at least 3-5 drops per regular glass of water.
For treatment: put at least 3 drops initially then gradually increase over the next few days to 10 drops per regular glass of water.
For juices, coffee, shampoos, beers, soups and rice and other acidic beverages and foods put at least 5-10 frops.
For external application at least 20 drops for pains and tumors.
As deodorant at least 2-3 drops.
